Information You Provide
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that delivers the result service. Anderson Township Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those searches. A message sent to us contains only the information included in that message and is used to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Ordinary hosting logs can include an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use aggregated information to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
Limited technical data supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services and Links
Links lead to Hamilton County and Ohio portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search services. The privacy rules of each destination govern information submitted there. That includes sponsored search results supplied by a third party.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process server logs for the service. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires it and otherwise only as described here.
Security Practices
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the needs described above. There are no user accounts, passwords, or visitor profiles maintained by this service.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If you believe a minor sent us information, contact us so it can be removed.
Your Information Choices
You may ask about personal data held by this service through the Contact page. Because the service keeps very little, we can check the contact mailbox and relevant server logs and remove what is found where appropriate. Research identified no general Ohio consumer-privacy deletion statute for ordinary website data; ORC 1349.10 is a narrow rule for age-verification data, not a broad privacy law. Public records held by Ohio, Hamilton County, or Township custodians are outside our control. Ohio Public Records Act, ORC 149.43, governs access to public-office records, while a correction, redaction, or protected-address request belongs with the responsible custodian.
